2 x 8 reps/arm Powell Raises @3010
5 minutes of front rack and hip mobility

8 thrusters 155/105
6 rope climbs
11 box jumps
*this is a partner workout.  P1 will work through the above while P2 runs 400m with a 45/25 lb dumb bell.  Once P2 completes the 400m run they will switch roles.  P2 will begin the above where P1 left off and P1 will go out for a 400m run. Score is total rounds/reps for the team.*
